Our vision - a circular economy
The CAG WGL lines as an upcycling power plant are an innovative technology that generates energy from, for example, plastic waste - this can be plastic waste of all kinds, both from industry and from households - or any other organic waste.
Thermal degradation (double gasification, no pyrolysis) of organic waste at 1,300°C results in two types of output:
- 95-99% syngas from the carbonaceous material portion. This is purified to be used for the generation of electricity, heat or hydrogen (depending on the customer`s requirements).
- 1-5% carbon black / residuals - (depending on the input material), this can be recycled back into the value chain and directly reused in new materials provided the analysis results permit.
The plant shown here was operated for 11 years as a 1:1 scale pilot plant. All tests and empirical values are the basis of today's industrial design. We will be happy to provide you with more information during a first, initial conversation.

This plant consists of two CAG lines incl. peripheral equipment, and can:
- Process 158 tons of input per day
- supply 14.72 MWh/hour of surplus electricity after self-consumption
- 11,80 MWh/hour heat supply
- >5,7to /day hydrogen supply
This line consists of six CAG Line incl. peripheral equipment, and can:
- Process 475 tons of input per day
- 44.16 MWh/hour of surplus electricity after self-consumption
- 35,39 MWh/hour heat supply
- >17,2to /day hydrogen supply
This line consists of twelve WGL Line incl. peripheral equipment, and can:
- Process 950 tons of input per day
- supply 88.32 MWh/hour of excess electricity after self-consumption
- 70,79 MWh/hour heat supply
- >34,5to /day hydrogen supply
- The smallest plant processes 80 tons per day.
- The largest plant processes 950 tons/day.
- Adapted to the customer's needs, all sizes up to 2,000 tons/day are possible.
