COINVOLTA AG (CAG), with headquarters in 6343 Rotkreuz / Switzerland, is active as general contractor in the field of waste plant engineering and construction and enters the market with an innovative approach. The entire project engineering and project management for our international customers is done out of Germany and Switzerland. We exclusiverly cooperate with selected suppliers who meet our high quality and reliability standards.
Through a close partnership with a Swiss trust company, we are able to offer the customer unique payment terms unprecendented on the market.
There is no financial risk until the entire project is handed over.
CAG deals with the efficient processing of organic waste, especially non-recyclable plastics, sewage sludge, old tires, rejects from the paper industry, and other organic waste materials.
The extremely clean syngas generated by emission-free process, can be utilized in a variety of ways in the form of electricity, heat, hydrogen, e-fuels, ammonia and methanol through downstream technologies.
The customer can choose between a purchasing the core system without peripheral equipment or purchasing the complete system under a general contractor agreement. In this case, CAG delivers turnkey complete systems according to the customer's requirement.
The plant shown here was operated for 11 years as a 1:1 scale pilot plant. All tests and empirical values are the basis of today's industrial design. We will be happy to provide you with more information during a first, initial conversation.

This line consists of six CAG Line incl. peripheral equipment, and can:
- Process 475 tons of input per day
- 44.16 MWh/hour of surplus electricity after self-consumption

This line consists of twelve WGL Line incl. peripheral equipment, and can:
- Process 950 tons of input per day

- The smallest plant processes 80 tons per day.
- The largest plant processes 950 tons/day.
